Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-09

This policy applies to the cross-border network acceleration service offered at vpndm.com (the "Service") and explains what data is collected during sign-up, purchase and use, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted.

This policy covers only how the Service itself handles data. It does not cover the privacy practices of the third-party websites you reach through the Service.

1. Data Collection and How We Use It

  • Registration details — signing up requires only a username and a password; no email address is needed. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and the Service never keeps them in plain text. Your username is used to sign in and to confirm your identity in support tickets.
  • Order and billing records — when you buy a monthly subscription or a data package, the system records the plan name, amount, payment method, payment status and activation time. These records are used to activate routes, reset your data allowance each month on the activation date, work out the prorated difference when you upgrade mid-cycle, and verify figures during reconciliation or disputes.
  • Visit analytics — our marketing pages use a self-hosted analytics component that records aggregate information such as page views, referrers, device and browser type, so we can tell which content readers find useful. The analytics do not track you across sites and are not used for ad targeting.
  • Operational data — sign-in status, client type, exit node ID and the total traffic of the current session, used for concurrency management, traffic metering and troubleshooting.

2. Our No-Logs Stance: We Don't Record What You Access

Traffic from your account travels through a quantum-encrypted tunnel, and anything carried inside that tunnel is never written to storage or retained. The Service does not record which websites you visit, does not store the contents of DNS queries, and does not keep browsing history or transmitted content. On the route side we keep only the records strictly needed for billing — account, plan status and total data used.

To troubleshoot route issues and plan capacity, the system keeps session metadata (authentication time, exit node ID) for a short period of no more than 24 hours, and clears it automatically once that period ends. This metadata does not include your destinations and cannot be linked to any specific website or browsing activity.

3. How We Use Cookies and Local Storage

Our marketing pages use only two kinds of browser storage: an identifier that lets the analytics component tell unique visitors apart, and a local record that remembers your language preference. Neither tracks you across sites, and neither is used for ad targeting.

The user panel stores your sign-in session locally so you don't have to log in again on every refresh. Clearing your browser data removes these records — the trade-off being that you'll need to set your language preference and sign in again.

4. Payments Are Processed by a Third Party

Payments are made through Alipay, WeChat or USDT, and each transaction is handled by the corresponding provider. The Service never touches or stores card numbers or payment credentials; it only receives the payment result — order number, amount and status — which is used to activate plans, handle upgrade price differences and verify refunds. Paid plans come with a 14-day no-questions-asked refund, and the order records behind a refund are kept for the periods listed in section 5.

5. Data Retention Periods and How to Delete Data

  • Account and plan data — kept for as long as your account exists.
  • Order and billing records — kept until they are no longer needed for reconciliation and dispute handling, and never longer than 12 months after the end of the accounting year.
  • Visit analytics — aggregate data is kept for 12 months.
  • Session metadata — no longer than 24 hours.

You can request account deletion by opening a ticket in the user panel. Once deletion is complete, your account details and subscription information are deleted or anonymised within 90 days; billing records that must be kept separately under law are retained for the periods above and are no longer linked to any identifying information.

6. How We Update This Policy

When the policy changes, the "Last updated" date on this page changes with it. For significant changes to the scope or purpose of data processing, we post a notice in the site announcements or in the user panel. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy; if you disagree with a change, you can delete your account before it takes effect.
